The Anritsu 69037B is a ultra low noise synthesized CW generator delivering exceptional signal purity across 2 GHz to 20.0 GHz. Engineered for RF applications demanding minimal phase noise—achieving -107 dBc at 10 kHz offset from 10 GHz—this instrument excels in mixer and amplifier characterization, RADAR testing, and complex signal generation. Output spans -125 dBm to +17 dBm with selectable 1 kHz or 0.1 Hz frequency resolution. Internal and downloadable modulation capabilities include AM, FM, phase modulation, pulse modulation with doublet/triplet/quadruplet sequences, and arbitrary waveform synthesis. Sweep modes support step, analog, and manual operation with variable dwell times and 1 to 10,000 configurable steps. GPIB control is standard; SCPI programmability and ovenized time base stability are available via options.
