Frequency resolution of 100.0 mHz (0.1 Hz optional) enables precise tuning, while digital frequency and power sweep modes support both manual stepped adjustment and list sweep operation with up to 4 tables of 2000 non-sequential frequency/power sets. Switching time remains under 5 ms for steps below 100 MHz and typically under 25 ms for units with 20 GHz or higher frequency ceiling. The oven-stabilized internal reference oscillator provides <5×10⁻¹⁰ per day frequency stability. Output level adjustment resolves to 0.01 dB steps, guaranteeing leveled power up to +17 dBm from DC to 20 GHz.
