Built on zero-bias Schottky diode rectifiers with low-pass filtered envelope detection, the sensor delivers dynamic range from -70 dBm to +20 dBm with linearity better than 1.8% from -70 dBm to +15 dBm, plus an additional 1% above +15 dBm. Rise time of 4 µs enables reliable measurements on TDMA systems using GMSK modulation. The sensor stores calibration data—including frequency, power, and temperature dependencies—in internal EEPROM, enabling automatic correction and interpolation by compatible power meters. Frequency-dependent linearity specifications range from 1.8% up to 18 GHz, 2.5% up to 40 GHz, and 3.5% up to 50 GHz. Standing wave ratio performance varies across the frequency spectrum, optimized for minimal reflections at each band. The V-connector interface (1.85 mm) with precision hexagon coupling nut ensures reliable RF coupling.
