The Anritsu ME7808B is a broadband vector network analyzer delivering accurate S-parameter measurements from 40 MHz to 110 GHz in a single fast sweep. Built on Anritsu’s Lightning 65 GHz VNA technology, the system combines a 65 GHz VNA core with two millimeter-wave modules covering extended W Band (65–110 GHz) via W1 coax connectors. An alternate millimeter-wave configuration extends measurement capability to 325 GHz using OML, Inc. VNA2 frequency extension modules. The analyzer supports on-wafer device characterization, broadband coaxial and waveguide measurements, and includes 12-term error correction. DC bias injection is available directly to the W1 coax test ports, enabling active device testing. Dual 20 GHz ultra-low phase noise frequency sources and multiplexing couplers ensure measurement fidelity across the full frequency span.
