The CORNING SMF-28e+ is a single-mode optical fiber manufactured to ITU-T G.652.D standards for telecommunications and data network deployment. This 20 km spool delivers optimized performance across broad wavelength ranges, including the water-peak region, with exceptionally low attenuation and controlled dispersion characteristics. The fiber combines tight geometrical tolerances, high tensile strength, and superior spliceability for applications spanning metro access to long-haul transmission systems.
