Resistance measurement spans 10 Ω to 100 MΩ, with frequency generation from 10 Hz to 1 MHz. The instrument achieves ±1°C DCV accuracy of 1 + 0.15 ppm on 90-day specifications, with general accuracy of 0.0025% of reading plus 0.0015% of range.
