The Dwyer/Omega 88006E is a miniature thermocouple surface probe engineered for high-temperature measurement of small electronic components and demanding industrial surfaces. This Type E (CHROMEGA™-Constantan) probe delivers fast response performance in a handheld pencil-type configuration, designed to meet Standard Limits of Error across its operating range.

## Technical Specifications

**Temperature Range:** 0 °C to 480 °C (900 °F), with capability to 760 °C (1400 °F) within the 88000 Series platform.

**Thermocouple Type:** Type E (CHROMEGA™-Constantan) with 28 AWG Chromel alloy wire.

**Probe Configuration:** Miniature pencil-type sensing head mounted on stainless steel sheath. Cable length is 60 inches with molded strain relief at the connection point.

**Electrical Interface:** Miniature male thermocouple connector (SMP or SMPW subminiature configuration). Insulation material is TPE.
