The Exfo FTB-150-LH is a compact, high-performance OTDR module engineered for singlemode fiber characterization across extended distance ranges. Operating at 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths, this unit delivers dynamic range up to 45 dB at 1310 nm and 43 dB at 1550 nm, supporting measurements to 260 km. Integrated into the FTB-1 platform, the FTB-150-LH combines field-proven OTDR measurement capability with portable, rugged industrial design.

The platform weighs 2.2 kg to 3 kg and boots in as fast as 4 seconds under Windows CE/Mobile. A transflective TFT display ensures readability in direct sunlight, while waterproof construction with sealed joints and port covers meets GR-196-CORE durability standards for outside plant environments. Battery autonomy exceeds 8 hours per charge.
