The Exfo Novacure 2100 Spot Curing System is a high-intensity UV and visible light curing unit that delivers precise, microprocessor-controlled exposures for rapid curing of adhesives, coatings, and sealants. A closed-loop feedback system ensures repeatable curing processes across single and multi-phase profiles. The instrument accommodates user-programmable intensity, dose, and exposure time settings with up to four preset configurations. Built-in radiometry enables output verification at the light guide tip, while Intelli-Lamp™ technology optimizes lamp cooling for extended operational life.
