The Fluke Networks DSP-4300 Cable Certifier is a digital instrument for testing and certifying copper and fiber optic cabling systems to industry standards. It uses Digital Signal Processing technology to deliver Level III accuracy, independently verified by UL, and diagnoses faults including opens, shorts, and impedance mismatches. The unit operates across testing bandwidth up to 350 MHz and supports TIA Categories 3–6, ISO/IEC Classes A–E, and IEEE standards including 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, and Token Ring configurations.
