This unterminated 50 ohm probe arm provides a stable, adjustable platform mounted on any micropositioner to enable accurate, repeatable measurements on integrated circuit nodes. Flexible coaxial cabling and replaceable tungsten probe tips with point radii from <0.2 to <5.0 microns support characterization across DC to 500 MHz, with capacitive shielding extending to within 3 mm of the probe point.
