The GGB Industries Picoprobe 7A Probe Arm is a precision accessory for high-frequency semiconductor characterization, IC testing, and failure analysis. This unterminated 50 ohm probe arm provides a stable, adjustable platform mounted on any micropositioner to enable accurate, repeatable measurements on integrated circuit nodes. Flexible coaxial cabling and replaceable tungsten probe tips with point radii from <0.2 to <5.0 microns support characterization across DC to 500 MHz, with capacitive shielding extending to within 3 mm of the probe point.
