The HP/Agilent 1134A InfiniiMax is a 7 GHz active probe engineered for high-speed differential and single-ended signal measurements on advanced oscilloscope platforms. It delivers ultra-low DUT loading through exceptionally low input capacitance and flat frequency response, preserving signal integrity across demanding measurement scenarios. The probe accommodates diverse mechanical access requirements via an extensive ecosystem of probe heads and connectivity kits.
