The HP/Agilent 5356C is a 40 GHz frequency converter head that extends the measurement range of compatible HP electronic counters to 1.5 GHz–40 GHz. When integrated with the HP 5355A Automatic Frequency Converter and HP 5345A Universal Counter, this module delivers precise frequency analysis of continuous wave and pulsed RF signals in microwave and millimeter-wave applications.
