The Agilent/Keysight 85309A is an LO/IF distribution unit that functions as a frequency downconverter, extending the measurement capabilities of the 8530A microwave receiver down to 10 MHz. It performs fundamental mixing up to 18 GHz and downconverts microwave or millimeter-wave signals to a 20 MHz IF output for receiver processing. The unit delivers excellent sensitivity and superior spurious signal rejection, making it a core component in the HP 85310A Distributed Frequency Converter system.
