Operating at up to 50 MHz, it delivers precise data capture, signal conditioning, and real-time test execution through a dual-processor architecture: a System Processor managing VXI Bus interface and command processing, and a 50 MHz Control Processor handling sequencing, conditional branching, and logic analysis. The module stores up to 32 test programs with 64K vector depth and controls up to 20 I/O modules, supporting 640 inputs and 640 outputs or bidirectional channels. Pattern generation employs both RAM-backed and algorithmic approaches, while advanced triggering includes 16 Trigger Sequences capable of responding to combinations of up to 8 qualifier trigger words. Message-based SCPI-syntax commands streamline test program development. The SR5010 complies with VXI Bus Specification Versions 1.3 and 1.4, ensuring integration within standard VXI mainframes.
