The Keysight 53230A is a 350 MHz universal frequency counter/timer engineered for precision measurement of frequency, time interval, and modulation characteristics. It delivers 12 digits/second frequency resolution and 20 ps single-shot time interval resolution, supporting measurement rates up to 75,000 readings/sec for frequency and 90,000 readings/sec for time interval. The instrument combines baseband capability (1 mHz to 350 MHz) with optional microwave channels extending to 6 GHz or 15 GHz, enabling analysis across RF and pulse domains.
