The Keysight 1132A InfiniiMax is a 5 GHz active differential probe engineered for high-speed signal acquisition on Infiniium oscilloscopes. This probing system delivers measurement-grade bandwidth to the probe tip while maintaining ultra-low loading on the device under test through exceptionally low input capacitance and flat frequency response. The patented resistor probe tip technology minimizes signal degradation, making it suitable for demanding high-speed digital and analog characterization where signal integrity is critical.
