The Keysight 53210A is a single-channel RF frequency counter delivering 10-digit resolution measurements from 0.1 Hz to 350 MHz. Built for research, development, and manufacturing environments, it combines fast measurement speeds—up to 1 million readings per session—with versatile triggering and analysis capabilities. The instrument features a 4.3″ color graphical display, comprehensive statistical functions, and data logging up to 1 million readings. Built-in math analysis generates trend plots and histograms for rapid signal characterization. A standard TCXO timebase ensures stable measurements; an optional ultra-high-stability OCXO is available for demanding applications. Sensitivity reaches 10 mVrms across the 1 MHz to 350 MHz band, with switchable 1 MΩ or 50 Ω input impedance and AC/DC coupling. The 53210A integrates into automated test systems via LXI-C/Ethernet, USB, and GPIB interfaces.
