The Keysight 8473C is a low-barrier Schottky diode detector engineered for precision RF and microwave power measurement across 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. Built for signal detection, power sensing, and frequency response characterization in communication and radar systems, the detector delivers high sensitivity and stable performance across demanding frequency ranges. Its LBSD technology enables broadband operation with minimal insertion loss and consistent impedance matching.
