The Keysight (Agilent) E2676A is a single-ended browser probe head designed for high-frequency signal probing on densely populated circuit boards. Operating at 6 GHz bandwidth, it delivers low-loading measurements of single-ended signals while maintaining excellent signal integrity. The probe head’s compact form factor provides critical access to high-density layouts where conventional probe geometries cannot reach.
