It delivers 1 GHz bandwidth with the HP 54002A input pod and achieves 40 MS/s digitizing rate, enabling precise capture of rapid transient events and rare waveforms through random repetitive sampling. The instrument provides 7-bit native vertical resolution, expandable to 10 bits through averaging and magnification techniques. With 8 k samples per channel memory depth, configurable display modes, and advanced triggering capabilities including logic pattern and time-qualified triggers, the 54110D accelerates analog time-domain measurements with greater speed and accuracy than conventional oscilloscopes.
