The Keysight E1347A is a B-size, 1-slot VXI thermocouple multiplexer module engineered for precision temperature measurement and multifunction data acquisition. This 16-channel, low-offset reed relay multiplexer delivers maximum thermal offset below 4 µV differential per channel, enabling accurate thermocouple readings with built-in cold junction compensation. The module operates as a 16-channel 3-wire configuration or 8-channel 4-wire multiplexer, with break-before-make relay switching rated to 10⁸ operations at no load and 10⁷ operations at rated load.
