Operating as an un-preselected downconverter, it leverages harmonic mixing to translate high-frequency input signals to baseband for analysis. The mixer integrates directly with Keysight X-Series signal analyzers—including the N9040B UXA, N9030A/B PXA, N9020A/B MXA, and N9010A/B EXA—via USB plug-and-play connectivity, enabling automatic amplitude correction, conversion loss compensation, and LO path loss adjustment. These smart features significantly reduce setup complexity and enhance measurement accuracy across telecommunications, radar, and scientific research applications requiring wideband millimeter-wave signal characterization.
