The Keysight (Agilent) N4373B 67 GHz Lightwave Component Analyzer characterizes electro-optical and opto-electrical components at frequencies up to 67 GHz. Designed for 40 Gb/s transmission systems, Radio over Fiber, and aerospace and defense applications, this instrument delivers absolute frequency response accuracy of ±0.9 dBe at 50 GHz and ±1.3 dBe at 67 GHz. It measures 3 dB cut-off frequency, responsivity, electrical reflection, group delay, insertion loss, and transmission bandwidth across optical and electro-optical domains.
