The Keysight (Agilent) N5425B InfiniiMax Differential ZIF Probe Head delivers high-precision differential signal analysis up to 18 GHz. This probe head integrates with InfiniiMax I and II series amplifiers and select companion amplifiers to provide low-loading access to device test points without soldering. Its Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connector design enables repeatable connections while minimizing risk of damage to sensitive nodes.
