InfiniiMode Technology enables differential, single-ended (A or B to ground), and common-mode ((A+B)/2 to ground) measurements through a single probe connection. Mode switching occurs via the oscilloscope’s probe configuration dialog box without requiring physical probe reconfiguration.
Measured S-Parameter Correction loads the probe amplifier with measured S-parameter data. Combined with probe head S-parameters, this delivers more accurate AC correction and flatter magnitude and phase response across the measurement bandwidth, resulting in precise characterization of high-speed signals.
