The Keysight N7024A is a 6 GHz power rail probe engineered for precision measurement of noise, ripple, and transients on DC power supplies. It delivers mV-level sensitivity across a ±600 mV active signal range, enabling detection of subtle voltage deviations that compromise system performance. The probe’s 1.3:1 attenuation ratio and ±15.25 V offset range allow engineers to center signals at maximum vertical sensitivity for detailed analysis of power integrity across modern device architectures with tight voltage tolerances.

– Compatibility & Integration
The N7024A connects directly to Keysight Infiniium S-Series, 9000, 90000A, 90000X, V-Series, Z-Series, and UXR (≤33 GHz) oscilloscopes via 50 Ω AutoProbe interface channels. Operation on 9000 and 90000A series instruments requires oscilloscope software version 6.50.00906 or higher. The probe includes pigtail coax cables (set of 3), probe tip kit, dual lead adapter, ground lead, ground spring, SMA adapter, rotating adapter, SMD micro grabber, color-coded rings, and main cable.
