The North Atlantic 2250 is a microprocessor-based Phase Angle Voltmeter (PAV) engineered for precision AC measurements across defense, commercial aerospace, and industrial sectors. Built on Fast-Fourier Transform techniques, it integrates network and waveform analyzer capabilities into a digital voltmeter platform. The dual-channel design with isolated inputs enables phase angle, voltage, ratio, harmonic, impedance, power, and frequency measurements with NIST-traceable accuracy. A sensitive analog null meter supports precise nulling operations, while reference phase offset enables bridging measurements. The 2250 excels in Synchro/Resolver and LVDT/RVDT transducer testing and characterization.
Note: Model 2250 is obsolete; Model 2250A is the recommended replacement.
