The Keysight N9913A FieldFox is a handheld RF analyzer combining spectrum analysis, vector network analysis, and cable/antenna testing in a single 3.0 kg instrument. Operating from 5 kHz to 4 GHz, it delivers lab-grade measurement accuracy in field environments with a 6.5″ color LCD display and MIL-spec durability rated for 0 to 55°C. The analyzer measures all four S-parameters simultaneously, provides ±0.5 dB amplitude accuracy, and achieves -155 dBm DANL at 1 GHz with spur-free dynamic range exceeding 105 dB.
