The Keysight N9938A FieldFox is a handheld microwave spectrum analyzer integrating spectrum analysis, cable and antenna analysis, and power measurement into a single rugged instrument for field deployment. Operating from 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, it delivers ±0.5 dB amplitude accuracy without warm-up and achieves -155 dBm displayed average noise level at 1 GHz. The 10 MHz real-time bandwidth captures intermittent signals and radar pulse profiles with ≥105 dB spur-free dynamic range and -111 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset.
