The Keysight (Agilent) Z5623A-H81 is a 2–20 GHz RF test set that extends the pulsed-measurement capabilities of the Keysight E8362B PNA Series Network Analyzer. This external test set integrates a pin-diode switch, amplifier, and directional coupler to modulate the network analyzer’s internal source and deliver a pulsed-RF reference signal. It enables pulsed measurements in the forward direction while supporting continuous wave (CW) measurements in the reverse direction, making it valuable for characterizing RF components across the 2–20 GHz band. Control is achieved via GPIB, allowing operation by the host PNA Series analyzer or by an external computer in automated test environments.
