The Keysight UXR0404A is a 40 GHz, 4-channel real-time oscilloscope built on the Infiniium UXR-Series platform for high-fidelity signal acquisition and analysis. It delivers 256 GSa/s sampling across all channels with a 10-bit ADC, up to 2 Gpts of acquisition memory, and upgradeable bandwidth to 110 GHz. Ultra-low noise performance—less than 1 mVrms vertical noise at 110 GHz—combined with intrinsic jitter below 25 fs (rms) and inter-channel jitter under 10 fs (rms) enables precision measurement of fast transient phenomena and serial data patterns.
