The Keysight UXR0502A is a 50 GHz, 2-channel real-time oscilloscope built on proprietary Indium Phosphide (InP) integrated circuit technology for ultra-low noise performance and high signal fidelity. With 10-bit vertical resolution expandable to 16 bits via averaging, the UXR0502A captures transient and repetitive signals at 256 GSa/s per channel across standard memory depths of 200 Mpts, upgradable to 2 Gpts. The instrument delivers 6.3 ps minimum rise/fall time (10–90% for 1 mm connector models) and 2.2 mV rms noise floor at 50 mV/div full bandwidth, enabling observation of high-speed phenomena with exceptional clarity.
