The Keysight UXR0702A is a 70 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal analysis in demanding applications. Built around a 10-bit ADC and 256 GSa/s sample rate across both channels, it delivers the timing precision and signal fidelity required for complex waveform characterization. With up to 2 Gpts of memory per channel, the UXR0702A captures extended signal sequences without compromise. The instrument achieves intrinsic jitter below 25 fs (rms) and inter-channel jitter under 10 fs (rms), enabling accurate clock and data recovery measurements. Bandwidth is upgradeable to 110 GHz, extending measurement capability into emerging high-frequency applications.
