The TDK-Lambda ESS250-11-D-RSTL is a 10 kW or 15 kW programmable DC power supply engineered for industrial and laboratory applications demanding high reliability and stable power conversion. This constant voltage, constant current unit with automatic crossover delivers output voltage up to 600 V (500 V for 15 kW models) and output current up to 1400 A with 85% efficiency and 0.9 power factor. The supply accepts three-phase input from 190-250 Vac through 432-528 Vac at 50/60 Hz, with additional 400 Hz configuration options available. Housed in a compact 5U rack-mount form factor (8.718″ H), it features front-panel ten-turn potentiometers for voltage and current adjustment, simultaneous analog meters for output monitoring, and LED status indicators. Regulation maintains 0.05% maximum deviation over eight hours under constant line, load, and temperature conditions. Temperature coefficients are 0.02% per °C for voltage and 0.03% per °C for current. Transient response below 20 V settles in less than 650 microseconds for 30% load steps. The unit includes pulse-by-pulse current limiting and failsafe soft-start protection. Primary-to-secondary dielectric withstand voltage is 2500 VDC.
