The TDK-Lambda GEN 20-250 is a 5000W programmable DC power supply delivering 20Vdc at 250A output. Built on the Genesys platform, it combines high efficiency with flexible control via analog, resistor, and 16-bit digital programming. Designed for industrial, laboratory, and embedded applications, the unit operates from three-phase AC input (342–528Vac, 47–63Hz depending on configuration) and achieves 86–91% efficiency with 0.94 power factor. Voltage ripple noise measures 0.01Vrms across 5Hz–1MHz; current ripple remains below 1Arms. The GEN 20-250 supports manual front-panel adjustment, remote programming, and integrated safety functions including overvoltage protection and foldback control. Multiple communication interfaces—RS-232, RS-485, and optional LAN, GPIB, USB, EtherCAT, Modbus-TCP, and EtherNet/IP—enable seamless integration into automated test systems and distributed control environments. Status indicators provide real-time monitoring of output voltage, current, and operating mode.
