The WaveSurfer 62XS-A is a 600 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope built for circuit debugging, timing analysis, and signal characterization in development and field environments. It delivers 2.5 GS/s single-shot sampling, 50 GS/s in RIS mode, and 5 Mpts/channel record length—capturing up to 2 ms of continuous waveform data at full sample rate. The 10.4-inch color touch screen with 800 × 600 SVGA resolution provides clear waveform visualization, while WaveStream™ Fast Viewing Mode applies intensity grading to reveal jitter and low-probability anomalies. Eight-bit vertical resolution, ±1.5% DC gain accuracy above 10 mV/div, and dual input impedance options (1 MΩ || 16–20 pF or 50 Ω) accommodate both high-impedance and transmission-line measurements. Rise time of 500 ps supports fast edge analysis. Selectable 20 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidth limits reduce noise. The compact footprint conserves bench space without sacrificing acquisition capability.
