The LeCroy 64Xs is a 600 MHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope engineered for signal analysis, circuit testing, and design validation. It delivers 2.5 GS/s single-shot sampling with optional RIS capability reaching 50 GS/s, coupled with up to 5 Mpts/channel record length for extended capture windows. The instrument combines 8-bit vertical resolution with 500 ps rise time and ±1.0% gain accuracy, supporting vertical sensitivity from 2 mV/div to 10 V/div on 1 MΩ inputs. WaveStream™ fast viewing renders intensity-graded waveforms at high update rates to expose jitter and transient anomalies. WaveScan™ automated search identifies signal anomalies rapidly. The oscilloscope integrates 23 built-in measurements, including rise/fall time, frequency, phase, duty cycle, and FFT analysis with selectable windowing up to 25 kpts. Timebase ranges from 200 ps/div to 1000 s/div with ≤5 ppm accuracy at 25°C. Advanced triggering—available as an optional package—encompasses runt, slew rate, qualified edge, interval, and dropout triggers. Serial protocol decoding options support SPI, I2C, UART, RS-232, LIN, and CAN. Bandwidth limiting filters at 20 MHz and 200 MHz reduce noise in targeted measurements. AC, DC, and GND input coupling accommodate diverse signal sources. The optional Advanced Trigger Package and MathSurfer option extend measurement capability with chained math functions and unit rescaling. Zooming via dedicated button, touchscreen, or mouse box-select enables detailed waveform inspection.
