The LeCroy 9304M is a four-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 300 MHz bandwidth and 100 MS/s real-time sampling across all channels simultaneously. Built for design validation, manufacturing test, and field troubleshooting, this instrument combines deep acquisition memory with advanced triggering to capture and analyze complex signal behavior. The 7″ color TFT LCD display supports multiple viewing formats including YT, XY, and dual-grid modes with up to 5x vertical zoom. Vertical resolution reaches 8 bits standard or 11 bits with the ERES option. Input impedance is selectable between 1 MΩ // 20 pF and 50 Ω, with vertical sensitivity from 2 mV/div to 5 V/div and offset ranges up to ±24 V depending on scale. DC accuracy holds ±2% full scale at 0 V offset.
