The LeCroy 9350A is a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth at 1 MΩ input impedance and 1 GHz bandwidth at 50 Ω impedance. Built for high-speed circuit design, debug, and testing, this instrument captures transient signals with 1 GS/s standard sampling per channel (10 GS/s on repetitive signals) and 50 k points of acquisition memory expandable to 8 M points per channel. The 9350A combines precision vertical measurement—8-bit resolution upgradeable to 11 bits via ERES, with 2 mV/div to 5 V/div sensitivity and ±2% full-scale DC accuracy—with advanced triggering capabilities across multiple modes and sources. Peak detect captures glitches as small as 2.5 ns. Timebase extends from 1 ns/div to 1000 s/div with 10 ps interpolator resolution and ±10 ppm clock accuracy, supported by up to 4 zoom traces for detailed waveform analysis. The 9-inch CRT display (810 x 696 pixels) supports normal, X-Y, and variable persistence modes. Extensive trigger options include glitch, pattern, qualified, interval, dropout, video, and signal width detection, with pre-trigger recording (0–100%), post-trigger delay (0–10,000 divisions), and holdoff by time or events. GPIB and RS-232-C interfaces enable full programmability. Optional memory expansion, external clock inputs, and floppy/PCMCIA storage support flexible data management. Compact form factor—13 kg, 8.5″ × 14.5″ × 16.25″—operates on 90–250 V AC, 45–66 Hz, 150 W.
