The LeCroy 9354C is a 500 MHz digital storage oscilloscope delivering real-time waveform capture and analysis across two or four channels. With maximum sample rates of 2 GS/s per channel and up to 10 GS/s on repetitive signals, combined with 8 M points of acquisition memory and segmented recording capability, the instrument captures fast transients and complex signal behavior with exceptional temporal resolution. The 8-bit vertical system expands to 11 bits with ERES option, supporting DC accuracy of typically 1% across offset ranges from ±120 mV to ±24 V depending on scale selection.
