With 1 GHz bandwidth and 2 GS/s maximum sample rate, it captures and analyzes complex, high-speed waveforms with precision. The instrument supports long acquisition memories up to 8 million sample points, enabling detailed examination of extended or intermittent signal events. Its SMART Trigger™ system includes glitch, pattern, interval, exclusion, and TV trigger modes, facilitating isolation of specific signal anomalies.
