The Lika C50-L-1000ZCU18L3/S541 Rotapuls is a compact incremental encoder with hollow shaft design, delivering 1000 pulses per revolution for precise angular displacement measurement. Built for industrial automation, robotics, and motor feedback applications, this encoder generates digital AB/AB complementary output signals with 90° ±15° phase shift and maximum counting frequency of 100 kHz. The stainless steel non-magnetic shaft accommodates hollow bore diameters from 6 mm to 9.52 mm, with ABEC 5 bearings rated for 400 × 10⁶ revolutions minimum. Housing and flange are aluminum die cast for durability. Maximum shaft loading is 20 N axial and 50 N radial at speeds to 6000 rpm (10,000 rpm short-term with low inertia bearings).
