The Lindberg/Blue M HTF55322C is a split-hinge tube furnace engineered for laboratory and industrial high-temperature processing. It delivers precise single-zone temperature control from 100°C to 1200°C across a 12-inch heated zone, accommodating process tubes with outer diameters from 1 to 3 inches. The furnace employs patented Moldatherm® LGO heating elements and ceramic fiber insulation to achieve rapid temperature transitions and uniform heat distribution. Its split-hinge design enables horizontal or vertical configuration, while the cabinet geometry and heat-reflecting element support assembly minimize exterior surface temperatures. Operation requires an independent digital temperature controller (sold separately), which provides microprocessor-based PID control, adjustable overtemperature protection, and simultaneous LED display of setpoint and actual temperature in °C or °F.
