The MTA / ICS TAE EVO 015 is an air-cooled process chiller delivering 8.5 kW cooling capacity (7.3 kW CWLT at 25°C ambient) for industrial temperature control applications. Built with hermetic scroll compressors and R410A refrigerant, it combines a high-efficiency finned-coil evaporator immersed in the water tank with an oversized air-cooled condenser to handle variable thermal loads and contaminated process fluids. The unit operates across inlet temperatures to +35 °C and outlet temperatures as low as -10 °C, with precise ±0.5 °C control available in close-tolerance versions. Electrical configurations span 400V/3/50 Hz and 460V/3/60 Hz, with IP44 protection enabling outdoor deployment. An internal pump (3 bar standard, 5 bar optional) supports both atmospheric and pressurized hydraulic circuits to 6 barg. The parametric iCHiLL 208CX microprocessor controller integrates outlet temperature regulation, alarms, and external interface capability alongside comprehensive safety circuits including phase monitoring, pressure switches, and antifreeze sensors.
