This ultra-small unit delivers a 3″ × 5″ footprint at 1.25″ height, making it ideal for 1U chassis integration. With universal AC input (85–264 VAC) and optional DC-DC input capability (120–370 VDC), the XL125-1 achieves up to 92% power conversion efficiency through active Power Factor Correction technology, minimizing energy loss and thermal output. The quad output configuration provides flexible voltage rails—typical outputs include 3.3V @ 10A, 5V @ 15A, 12V @ 5A, and -12V @ 1A—to supply diverse subsystem loads. All outputs include overvoltage, short circuit, and overpower protection, with integrated thermal shutdown safeguarding against over-temperature conditions. Remote sense capability enables precision voltage regulation, while Power Good signaling (PS_OK) supports system monitoring. Optional current sharing supports parallel operation via OR-ing diode or MOSFET configurations.
