The National Optronics 7E is an automated patternless lens edger engineered for precision optical processing in laboratory and retail settings. This system combines three-axis milling technology with intelligent shape management to deliver accurate lens cutting, drilling, and beveling across multiple materials. The machine processes CR-39, polycarbonate, hi-index, and Trivex lenses while employing dry-cutting technology to eliminate coolant mess and maintain consistent edge quality.
