The New Focus 9064 series delivers precision linear translation stages built on the Triple Divide modular platform for single-axis and multi-axis positioning in optical and scientific instrumentation. Each stage provides 28 mm of travel per axis with straight-line accuracy better than 2.5 µm and supports a centered normal load of 89 N. The e·z·Trac system ensures repeatability across reconfigurations, enabling researchers and integrators to build custom XY, XZ, or XYZ translation systems from the same component set without performance loss.
