The Newport LQC639-30C is a continuous wave laser diode module delivering stable 639 nm output at 30 mW for direct integration into optical systems and scientific instrumentation. This Fabry-Perot design combines a laser diode with integrated collimating optics in a compact cylindrical housing, providing consistent wavelength delivery with <1% power stability over 8 hours. The circular beam profile exhibits 1.56 x 1.56 mm diameter (1/e²) and <1.2 mrad divergence, suitable for spectroscopy, interferometry, machine vision, marking, flow cytometry, and tissue fluorescence applications. With 2 nm linewidth and <0.5% noise performance, the module operates across 0 to 40°C and accepts 4.8 to 12 VDC input. A Newport LPMS-5 Series Power Supply (sold separately) is recommended to meet CDRH compliance and provide interlock, key enable, delayed startup, and laser active indication.
