The NI FP-DI-301 is a 16-channel universal digital input module for industrial data acquisition within FieldPoint and Compact FieldPoint systems. It monitors digital sensors and switches across sinking input configurations, delivering 1 kHz per-channel update rates with individual on/off LED indicators plus power and ready status lights. The module provides 250 Vrms CAT II channel-to-ground isolation and 2,300 Vrms bank isolation, enabling safe operation in electrically demanding environments. Built-in current-limiting circuitry on each channel prevents damage from direct 24 VDC source connection.
